Terms and Conditions

Payment Options: Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Cash.

Includes in the weekly rental:

• Gas, Electricity and hot water.
• Final cleaning and each saturday for the guest that stay more then one week.
• Bed and Linen, changed weekly.
• Pool cleaning.
• Garden Furniture
• firewood for fireplace and BBQ

Not included in the rentals:

• Maid service and a cook
• central heating costs
• Tourism Tax

Check in:
Saturday after 17;
Check out:
Saturday within 10.

Booking formality:
The booking requires a deposit of 20 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer .
Balance is due 6 weeks before the first day of your holiday.
Cancellations and Refunds
The deposit is non-returnable.
The balance is full refunded if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival.
50% refund if canceled 20-45 days prior to arrival.
There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 20 days prior to arrival.
